Stephen Webster

Autumn/Winter 2009

Stephen Webster’s two collections for Atelier Swarovski, the gothic Little Red Riding Hood and Once Bitten, are Atelier Swarovski’s first men’s collections . Exuding both masculinity and glamour, each piece in the Little Red Riding Hood collection is centered on a miniature fox’s skull, set with Swarovski crystals and biting into a creamy, crystal pearl. Gunmetal and brass settings offer a darker alternative to gold and silver, whilst the siam, olivine and burgundy crystals are the epitome of gothic glamour. The Once Bitten collection adds a masculine edge with oversized rock crystals and claw shaped settings.

"Provocative and challenging, these are accessories to be noticed and commented on."

— Stephen Webster

Webster began training in traditional jewelry making in London at the age of sixteen where he discovered a passion for design and craftsmanship. His career has since taken him from Canada to California and back to London as he developed his signature rock and roll style. This has won him many prestigious awards and commissions, including, on two occasions, the honor of setting the De Beers Diamond Stakes Trophy.
