GILES
Giles Deacon took the fashion world by storm and snapped up two ‘Best New Designer’ awards after releasing his first collection on the runway in February 2004. Now in his third season with ATELIER SWAROVSKI, GILES has designed a collection of spiked necklaces and pendants softened by fine detail and intricately pavéd crystals. The gunmetal silver stakes inset with rose, peridot and black diamond crystals hang from dainty silver chains, whilst sporting humorous names from ‘Full Metal Jacket’ to ‘Stake n’ Fried.’
“For ATELIER SWAROVSKI GILES has resurrected the signature ‘spike’ Elongating it to a new graphic proportion, resulting in a new Spring/Summer 09 iconic piece which can be seen as a single spike necklace and a multiple spike necklace taking the GILES atelier pieces into a finer jewellery dimension.” The colours of the collection shown throughout the pieces are Black Diamond, Rose and Peridot”
